1. Booking and Reservations:
    

   • Appointments can be made via phone, email, or in person.

   • Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
      

2. Arrival and Late Policy:
    

   • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

   • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time out of consideration for other guests.
      

3. Health and Wellness:
    

   • Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your service.

   • Pregnant guests are advised to consult with a physician before booking any spa service.

   • Guests with certain medical conditions may require a doctor's clearance before receiving specific service.
      

4. Payment and Gratuity:
    

   • Payment is due at the end of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.

   • Gratuities for exceptional service are greatly appreciated and can be given directly to your therapist.
      

5. Spa Facilities:
    

   • The use of spa facilities such as the steam, or jacuzzi may be subject to additional charges or require advance booking.

   • Please respect the spa environment and refrain from using mobile phones or speaking loudly.
      

6. Personal Belongings:
    

   • Mallorca Wellness Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

   • Please secure valuables in provided lockers or leave them at home for your peace of mind.
      

7. Age Requirement:
    

   • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may be restricted from certain services or facilities.
      

8. Gift Certificates:
    

   • Gift certificates are available for purchase and are redeemable for spa services or products.

   • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      

9. Feedback and Concerns:
    

   • Your feedback is valuable to us. Please feel free to share any concerns or suggestions with our staff or management.
